Some key FAQs:

~ Due to COVID-19, blends that formerly had organic ingredients may not consistently have organic ingredients in every batch. Herbal and tea supplies are fluctuating in these times of delayed shipping and global safety measures. For this reason, I will do my very best to keep the organic ingredient listings as accurate as possible on the website but all labels, for the time being, will not indicate which ingredients are organic as these are more time consuming to change. When supplies become consistent again I will update all labels to indicate organic ingredients.

~ Orders are shipped within 5 business days and include tracking. That said, sometimes tracking numbers are assigned before items are shipped. If it’s been less than 5 business days but you have received confirmation of a tracking number and are anxiously watching it to see if your package has been sent yet, remain calm. Your tea is coming! *IN LIGHT OF COVID-19 – Certain mug orders may take longer than 5 business days to ship. Branded and tea themed mugs are sent to customers directly from the warehouse and I have no control or say over how quickly these mugs ship. We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time.*

~ Please please please TRIPLE CHECK that your shipping address is correct. Once an item has shipped it is out of my hands to ensure it is delivered to the right place. Changing addresses after an order has been placed isn’t always possible. Do yourself a favor and make EXTRA DOUBLE CHERRY ON TOP SURE that the address is right before submitting your order. (This also applies to ensuring the address on your Paypal matches the one you provide at checkout. If the addresses do not match or the shipping address isn’t an approved address associated with your Paypal account it could cause delays in your order going out.)

~ I do sell wholesale and LOVE working with subscription boxes. If you’re interested in including my teas in your subscription box or in selling them at your brick and mortar store please send me an email with either “Wholesale Inquiry” or “Collaboration Inquiry” in the subject line. Please note, Call Me Sweetea is based in Eugene, Oregon USA. For domestic collaborations I ask for a minimum of 6 weeks lead time to prepare, package, and send out your teas. If you are a box based internationally please provide at least 20 weeks of lead time to ensure enough time for shipping.

~ Collaborations can be creative! If you have an idea please reach out to me! I’d love to hear it! (Some ideas I’ve worked on already: tea for a soap topping and collaborating with an illustrator and ceramicist to create custom mugs.)

~ If you are wanting to be a brand ambassador, please follow my Instagram account @shopcallmesweetea and keep an eye out. I’m currently doing ambassador searches twice a year. I DO NOT provide free tea to “influencers” in exchange for unboxings or photos. Inquiries from “influencers” will be ignored or marked as spam.
