FAQs

INGREDIENT INFORMATION:

~ Due to COVID-19, blends that formerly had organic ingredients may not consistently have organic ingredients in every batch. Herbal and tea supplies are fluctuating in these times of delayed shipping and global safety measures. For this reason, for the time being, I will not be indicating which ingredients are organic on product listings or labels as these are subject to change with each batch I make. When supplies become consistent again I will update all labels to indicate organic ingredients.

~ Teas are blended in a shared kitchen where known, common allergens are used. A few of my blends also contain common, known allergens. Teas with common allergens are noted as such on the product listing and on the label. If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to me for more info with "Allergen Info" as the email subject heading. You can email me at dani(at)callmesweetea(dot)com.

~ UK residents - at this time, I am unable to take orders from anyone in the UK through this website. I've been meaning to start an Etsy shop anyway and once that is open I will link it here. This will be the only way UK residents can shop Call Me Sweetea, so stay tuned! If you happen to accidentally place an order through this site, I will cancel your order and send an email to redirect you to the Etsy shop once it's open.

~ Orders are shipped within 5 business days and include tracking. That said, sometimes tracking numbers are assigned before items are shipped. If it's been less than 5 business days but you have received confirmation of a tracking number and are anxiously watching it to see if your package has been sent yet, remain calm. Your tea is coming!

~ Please please please TRIPLE CHECK that your shipping address is correct. Once an item has shipped it is out of my hands to ensure it is delivered to the right place. Changing addresses after an order has been placed isn't always possible. Do yourself a favor and make EXTRA DOUBLE CHERRY ON TOP SURE that the address is right before submitting your order. (This also applies to ensuring the address on your Paypal matches the one you provide at checkout. If the addresses do not match or the shipping address isn't an approved address associated with your Paypal account it could cause delays in your order going out.)

~ I LOVE wholesale orders! If you're interested in including my teas in your subscription box or in selling them at your brick and mortar store, please send me an email with either "Wholesale Inquiry" or "Collaboration Inquiry" in the subject line. Call Me Sweetea is based in Eugene, Oregon USA. For domestic collaborations, I ask for a minimum of 8 weeks lead time to prepare, package, and send out your teas. If you are based internationally, please provide at least 20 weeks of lead time to ensure enough time for shipping. I also require half of the payment upfront and the other half to be paid once the tea is shipped to you. I DO include shipping in my final invoice. If you have any questions, please email them to me at dani (at) callmesweetea (dot) com.

~ Collaborations can be creative! If you have an idea please reach out to me! I'd love to hear it! Some collaborations I've worked on already include: tea for a soap topping, collaborating with an illustrator and ceramicist to create custom mugs, and creating custom blends for authors' books.

~ Blend restocks usually happen on Fridays or Saturdays. This isn't guaranteed, as sometimes I forgo a week in the kitchen and sometimes I'm not able to restock all sold-out blends in one week. However, it's safe to say that if something is being restocked, it'll be on the weekend. If you have your eye on a specific blend you can sign up for email notifications for when the blend is restocked on its individual product page.

~ If you are wanting to be a brand ambassador, please follow my Instagram account @shopcallmesweetea and keep an eye out. I'm currently doing ambassador searches twice a year. I do NOT provide free tea to "influencers" who ask (or, in some cases, demand). Plain and simple. If I want someone to review my teas I will reach out to them myself. This has and does happen, so if you want to be on my radar build a relationship with me on IG. I'm far more likely to reach out to you if I notice your interest and detailed reviews on IG/YouTube/blog than if you slide into my DMs saying, "gimme yo' tea!"
