Phoenix Song is such a warm tea flavor profile! The ginger and clove gives it a slight spice and the hibiscus rounds out the taste with a dash of floral tanginess. Perfect autumn tea!

I’m drinking this tea on a 90-something degree summer day, and it smells and tastes so strongly of fall weather and cozy days I can almost ignore that I’m melting. I’ll continue drinking it year-round, but I can’t wait to drink this tea sitting outside on a cool morning when it will really shine. It’s smoky and spicy and very well balanced without adding sugar (I don’t like sweet tea).
